How MakerAI Works
Imagine you have a problem.
Not a simple one like "how to turn on WiFi," but something more like:
👉 "I want to automate a process in my company"
👉 "I need AI that can do X"
👉 "I don't know how to connect these systems"
So what do you do?
Google?
ChatGPT?
A freelancer?
Each of these works... but only partially.
MakerAI handles the whole process.
🧠 Step 1: You describe the problem
You go to the website and simply write:
"I want to automate invoice processing in my company"
No forms. No overthinking. No technical knowledge required.
Just describe the problem as if you were explaining it to a friend.
🤖 Step 2: AI figures it out
The system analyzes your description and breaks it down into parts:
- ✔ what type of problem it is
- ✔ how complex it is
- ✔ what possible solutions exist
A numerical representation of the text (embedding) and the analysis are stored in the database with your request, so you do not have to repeat the process on every page view and matching stays consistent.
You get something concrete:
👉 a summary
👉 a direction to follow
👉 what to do next
And most importantly — the feeling: "okay, someone actually understands this."
🎯 Step 3: You get matched
Now the magic happens — matching is hybrid: our own database plus the web.
For experts registered on MakerAI, we compare your request with their profiles using semantic similarity (embeddings), ratings, reviews, and location when it helps.
For additional GitHub-based candidates we combine a pre-indexed candidate pool stored in our database with a live search on GitHub when needed. Results are saved with your request for a limited time so the page loads quickly and stays stable.
And shows you:
👉 people who truly fit your problem
👉 or ready-made directions
Not a list of 100 random profiles.
Just meaningful matches.
🧑💻 Step 4: You decide what's next
You have several options:
- ✔ contact an expert
- ✔ schedule a call
- ✔ explore other solutions
You're not forced into anything.
You decide.
💬 Step 5: You talk and act
If you choose an expert:
👉 you schedule a conversation
👉 you talk (even in different languages — AI can translate)
👉 you define the scope
And you move from:
"I have a problem"
to
"this is the plan"
🚀 What really matters here?
MakerAI is not:
❌ just a chatbot
❌ just a marketplace
❌ just a tool
It's something in between.
👉 You say what you want to achieve
👉 The system understands the problem
👉 You get a real path to a solution
No chaos. No guesswork.
💡 In short
You: "I have a problem"
MakerAI: "Got it. Here's what you can do and who can help."
That's it.
